Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of the product, for sanitary purposes we will not accept returns on earrings. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at shopcara.mia.co@gmail.com and we are happy to correct the issue!
Polymer clay is very durable and even bendable, however please do not bend your earrings. it can also be delicate so like any handmade items, handle with care. Please see "care instructions" that will outline how to care for your earrings. Should you get makeup or dirt on your resin-free polymer clay earrings, please gently wipe the area with a cloth and a bit of acetone.
Terms of Service:
*Please know before buying* all earrings are hand made, each one of a kind. Slight imperfections are to be expected. We will not ship out any earrings that we would not want to receive or are to standard.
CaraMia&Co provides handmade polymer clay jewelry. Before purchasing, please note that all earrings are carefully made with thought and love and are subject to slight variation (in color, design, shape) due to its handmade nature. The nature of handmade products means that no two items are exactly the same. Please understand that slight variations may occur, and what you receive may look slightly different (and hopefully even better!) than the photo in the listing.
Shipping Policy:
Please allow 5-8 business days for your order to be packed with love and care and shipped (unless stated otherwise in the items description) Please note due to COVID shipping providers are seeing delays, especially with first class/ ground mail, please email Shopcara.mia.co@gmail.com if you wish to ship at an extra cost for Priority Shipping.
Customers are held responsible for reading the descriptions of each item. Before placing an order, it is customer's responsibility to make sure their email and mailing address is correct. If you need to make changes to your order prior to shipping, please send me an email and include your order number. Once your order is packaged and shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. Items are carefully packaged using recycled and recyclable materials.
If items are lost in transit, we are not responsible for replacing them. Once an order is placed in "In-transit" status, we no longer hold responsibility for that order and you must contact USPS directly for any lost or stolen packages. We are not obligated to replace/refund/provide store credit in the case of a lost or stolen package. CaraMia&Co is not responsible for any package once it has been shipped and accepted by USPS. By purchasing from CaraMia&Co, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.
We have the capacity to ship internationally, but currently are only taking domestic orders. We thank you for your understanding, and stay tuned for when international shipping commences!
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
